LOCATION

Das Wagnerviertel ist ein ruhiges Wohnviertel mit teilweise denkmalgeschützten Altbauten. Das Gelände vom ehemaligen Sportpark Friedenau wurde 1904 parzelliert und von der Landgemeinde Friedenau wurde zum ersten Mal die Berliner Traufhöhe in den Bebauungsplan mit aufgenommen, so dass 4stöckige Mietshäuser von gehobenem Standard gebaut werden konnten. Die Straßennamen erinnern an Frauengestalten aus den Opern von Richard Wagner.

Durch geschickte Verkehrsführung ist das Viertel für den Durchgangsverkehr uninteressant. Der Perelsplatz in unmittelbaren Nähe der Isoldestraße und der Cosimaplatz geben den Bewohnern des städtischen Gebietes die Möglichkeit zur Erholung. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ausgezeichnet. Ausgeh- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie im Viertel und den umliegenden Straßen.

Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig. Die U und S-Bahn-Station Bundesplatz liegt nur 150m vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die Flughäfen Tegel in ca. 15 Minuten und Schönefeld in ca. 20 Minuten.
