LOCATION

The Wagnerviertel is a quiet residential district with partial historical buildings. The area of the former Sportpark Friedenau were parceled in 1904, and for the first time, the district of Friedenau, the Berlin eaves height was included in the development plan so that 4-storey apartment buildings of high standard could be built. The street names are reminiscent of female protagonists from the operas of Richard Wagner.

By means of clever traffic planning, the district is uninteresting for transit traffic. The Perelsplatz that is very promximate and the Cosimaplatz give the inhabitants of the urban area the opportunity to relax. The traffic connection is excellent. There are shopping and entertainment venues in the district and the surrounding streets.

The location is very traffic-favorable. The subway and S-Bahn station Bundesplatz is only 150m from the house. By car you can reach the airports Tegel in about 15 minutes and Schönefeld in about 20 minutes.
