In the multi-family house at Isoldestraße 10, the attic was expanded and expanded redeveloped in 2016. Thus, the original eaves height could be restored and with an elaborate renovation of the façade the house is now re-integrated into the historical facades of the neighboring houses. The result are exclusive penthouse apartments, which can be reached directly by a newly built elevator in the inner courtyard.

ISOLDEZEHN was designed by the architect Stefan Schramm and offers a distinctive design of two independent apartments on the lower and upper levels. One can reach both apartments directly via an elevator, to which only two floors are connected. A special access to both the elevator and the apartments assures discretion and security.
